Throughout his career, Dr. Wirth has continued to advance his knowledge and understanding of ob-gyn and related concepts and techniques to ensure his patients receive the best care possible.
Before entering into his practice in New York City, Dr. Wirth served as a volunteer with Doctors of the World, caring for patients in Kosovo in the former Yugoslavia. He has also lectured extensively about smoking cessation on behalf of the Medical Society of New York. In addition to his private practice, since 1998 Dr. Wirth has held a faculty teaching position at New York University Medical Center, as well as teaching and practicing positions at numerous hospitals in New York and Rhode Island, and his professional expertise has earned him several awards.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Wirth enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, bicycling, exploring the city and participating in activities with his daughter.
